I work as an advisor or a fractional Chief Marketing & Community Officer to help you develop a winning strategy and ensure you have the right team in place to execute it. 

I pull from 20 years of experience in company building, launching communities, and leading teams—inside and outside a corporate setting. 

I’ve worked with companies of all sizes, from pre-launch startups to large enterprises, including FOLX Health, Headspace, Meta, BuzzFeed, Spotify, and Grindr.

I’ll assist your business in telling its storing and building its community in ways that ensure that customers feel seen, heard, deeply considered, safe, comfortable, and part of a real community. Because my clients and I go to the deepest layer of understanding, prospects and customers are transformed, inspired, delighted, and fiercely loyal.

What this means: 

  1. Business level – defining the business objectives and key results that content and community will drive

  2. Customer and community level – social listening and insights, conducting member discovery and designing community experiments and experiences

  3. Tactical level – mapping out the project plan and day-to-day work required to execute the strategy

Hiring Help:

I have deep experience with hiring marketing, community, and content teams and can support your team through the process of defining roles, creating job descriptions, and finding and vetting candidates.

Contracting Options:

A la cart consulting :

I partner with you on your brand and community development, and owned and earned (organic) marketing efforts. Use my vast knowledge and expertise to help guide your team, problem-solve and set relevant KPIs and OKRs. 

For advisory or consulting:

Minimum of 3-month contract, followed by month-to-month 

Strategic advisor :

  • Two calls per month, one hour each (more hours can be added as needed at hourly rate)

  • Unlimited asynchronous support via email to answer questions, review documents and provide feedback

  • I will provide you access to all my templates related to marketing, community, and content

  • I will connect you to my network and support your search for candidates to build in-house team

Fractional leadership :

  • Weekly call (1 hour)

  • Unlimited asynchronous support via email to answer questions, review documents and provide feedback

  • Provide guidance on marketing, brand and community priorities

  • Provide guidance, feedback and introductions to my knowledge and my network

  • Create all agreed-upon deliverables and strategy decks and documents (including GTM, content and community strategy)
