WHO I AM

I’m a passionate storyteller and community builder who stumbled into marketing and communications for all the right reasons—and stepped away from it for all the right ones too. 😉

I’m an expert in content, brand, and community-driven marketing, and an award-winning leader across digital health, tech, and media. Over the years, I’ve done it all: creating training programs, producing content in every format imaginable, and building loyal, deeply engaged communities around brands.

Most recently in the corporate world, I served as Chief Content & Marketing Officer at FOLX Health, where I built the go-to-market strategy, launched the brand from stage zero, and grew an exceptional team of innovators. Before that, I held leadership roles at Grindr and BuzzFeed.

But honestly, the work I’ve done outside the 9-to-5 has been far more interesting…
